CSCS is the promoter of Entrepreneurs Mobility, one of the 20 projects approved within the first launch of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme.Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

The project will award 50 grants to new entrepreneurs in order to accomplish a mobility initiative and develop a project work in cooperation with and under the support of an experience host entrepreneur in another country in Europe.

A New Entrepreneur is anyone strongly considering to start up a new business or whoever has already started a business for not more than 3 years.

A detailed business plan is required as a prerequisite, together with other traditional documentation, such as CV, motivation letter and description of objectives and desired activities to be performed abroad.

It promotes mobility within and beyond the EU borders, non-formal learning and intercultural dialogue, and encourages the inclusion of all young people, regardless of their educational, social and cultural background. Since 20th November AVIVA –Training and Human Development Center has been involved in a project of which aim is to inquire about the organizations size types S1 and S2 and the reasons why they unwillingly get involved in the Leonardo Da Vinci initiatives/projects such as projects such as VETPro (Professionals in Vocational Education and Training.)
 
The first meeting of the partners took place in Maribor (Slovenia) from the 20th November until the 22nd of November 2008. It was hosted by the Slovenion co-ordinator of this partnership (ProFuturus), who invited representatives of the partner organisations from Germany (ILE-Berlin), Austria (Hotel Obirblick and Fachberufsschule St.Veit/Glan), Sweden (AMLEDO & CO), Poland (AVIVA- Training and Human Development Center) and Italy (SISTEMA TURISMO).

Within the Strategic Surveillance programme aimed at extending and implementing learning in Professional Training, a group of School Principals accompanied by staff from TKNIKA went to Finland to participate in workshops established with different entities involved in learning. 

Meetings were arranged through mobility programmes for teachers financed by Europe within the framework of the Leonard programme.

Start of implementation phase for IKASGUNE computer application

After several years of development and use of the IKASGUNE application in Vocational Training Centres in the Basque Country, specifically in five centres, this application was renewed last year with coordination by TKNIKA. Both the growth of the previous version, due to constantly satisfying needs, and integration difficulties experienced with different applications already existing in the centres will determine the need to rework the application on the bases which have already been established: we knew what we wanted and furthermore, we knew how we wanted to do it, all we had to do was capture it in a robust and sufficiently standard application to be able to communicate and work alongside the different systems surrounding it.
